Background and Experience
Louis B. Stevens is an accomplished trial attorney with more than 20 years of legal experience. Stevens brings a rare and well-rounded background that spans the District Attorney’s Office, in-house corporate counsel, and private practice, with deep experience across criminal law, personal injury, and insurance matters.
Throughout his career, Stevens has built a reputation for strong trial advocacy and meticulous case development. He has handled numerous arbitrations, bench trials, and jury trials, and is highly skilled in discovery, legal research, and motion practice. His experience includes overseeing case analysis and strategy, drafting memoranda of law, conducting discovery, and deposing both fact and expert witnesses. This combination of prosecutorial, corporate, and private-practice experience gives Stevens a distinctive perspective that strengthens the firm’s trial capabilities.
Most recently, Stevens leveraged his diverse legal background in private practice, where his courtroom skill and strategic judgment led to multiple successful verdicts. His ability to navigate complex cases from investigation through trial aligns seamlessly with the firm’s litigation-first approach.
Stevens earned both his Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Widener University.
