You received a notice because you are a member of a class of people who visited or your child visited a Sky Zone facility in NJ in the past 4 years. We represent the plaintiff in a class action against Sky Zone. When you signed a form to jump at a Sky Zone facility, we alleged in the lawsuit that the release of liability in the form was over broad and violated NJ law. Sky Zone agreed to settle the case, and a judge has preliminary approved it, which is why you received an email notice. If you received an email, you do do not have to do anything to participate in the settlement and if the settlement is finally approved by the court, at the end of the summer, you would receive by the same email address a coupon for 60 minutes of free jump time as set forth in the notice in Paragraph 6.
