Boy Scouts of America Abuse Claims

The Boy Scouts of America filed for chapter 11 bankruptcy, and in response to the claims of abuse which have been made against them, have created a trust to pay claims of sexual abuse survivors. A recent decision stated that survivors can now file a sexual abuse claim regardless of age or location.

The deadline is November 16, 2020.

Failure to file by this deadline means you may be barred from filing a claim to recover damages for sexual abuse suffered as a result of (inadequate oversight?) by the Boy Scouts of America and related organizations.
