NYC Passes Legionnaires’ Disease Regulations

Partner Steven P. Knowlton and co-counsel Jules Zacher commend New York City and it’s Department of Health and Mental Hygiene for their passing of regulations of cooling towers in an effort to combat Legionnaires’ Disease. Despite the most recent outbreak in the Bronx, NYC is a leader in this area.
