At Locks Law Firm, growth has always been intentional. We are client-first, and growth is born from client demand.
Last month, we announced a new attorney joining the firm, and this month, we are pleased to announce that three new paralegals have joined the firm. Erica Messics, Sara Lynch, and Gyu Ri Kim are dedicated professionals who bring energy, precision, and compassion to complex casework. The new paralegals hail from a clerkship, a personal injury firm, and the banking industry.
This growth is in direct response to the rise of our benzene practice. Over the past several years, our benzene litigation team has become one of the most active in the country, representing everyday people who developed leukemia, non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, and other devastating blood cancers after being exposed to this dangerous chemical. Benzene hides in industrial workplaces, oil refineries, contaminated products, and job sites across virtually every industry. The cases are complex. And the clients are facing life-altering diagnoses. Adding to our team is critical to continue to seek justice for our clients.
With multiple benzene cases set to go to trial by the end of 2026, Erica, Sara, and Gyu Ri are already embedded in our benzene docket, supporting clients through every step of the process, from initial case intake to the critical filings that make the difference at trial.
