Locks Law Firm is proud to announce Victoria A. Schall, Esq. as the firm’s newest partner. Victoria joined Locks Law in 2019 with over a decade and a half of legal experience focused on nursing home, assisted living and group home legal issues, including abuse and neglect, in addition to other personal injury matters.
In 2022, Victoria earned certification as a Certified Civil Trial Attorney issued by the Supreme Court of New Jersey. She was installed as the Treasurer of the American Association for Justice’s Nursing Home Litigation Group, and she joined the President’s Circle of Leaders for the National Consumer Voice for Quality Long-Term Care.
Victoria also hosts the bi-weekly television series on RVN TV, entitled “Advocating for the Aging”, where key professionals in the long-term care industry are interviewed as to services, concerns, and information for the public and community related to the aging and disabled populations.
Victoria has helped countless residents and families obtain millions of dollars in accountability against nursing homes and long-term care providers and will continue to represent those abused and neglected in facilities as a Partner.
